EXCHANGES
Exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. At BEHTA LISBON, exchanging a product is simple and straightforward. If you need a different shade, just send us an email to start the return process.
Please note that exchanges are subject to inspection by our Quality Services. Exchanged items will be shipped only once the returned product has been approved by our Quality Services.
Exchanges Conditions
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all accessories.
• This includes, but is not limited to, original packaging, boxes, instruction booklets, labels, and protective covers.
• Please ensure you check the Return Conditions for all necessary information before proceeding.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
• BEHTA LISBON will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
How to Request an Exchange
RETURNS
At BEHTA LISBON, you can return a product for a refund within the legal 14-day period after receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and meet all return conditions outlined in our policy.
To start a return, please contact us at info@behtalisbon.com, we will provide detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Safety for all our customers is a priority.
For health and hygiene reasons, our human hairpieces are shipped and stored in a sealed vacuum bag. The customer is offered a free Hair Sample to check the colour and quality of the hair before opening the sealed bag, to feel safe and confident with their purchase.
Return Conditions
ITEMS
i. The hair sample must be in the same condition as when it was received, without any marks, damage, or odours. It must not have been washed or styled.
ii. The sealed vacuum bag, which stores the human hairpiece inside the main box, must remain intact for the return to be accepted. This means that the item has not been used or returned in any altered condition.
iii. If the vacuum-sealed bag is opened or tampered with, the product will no longer comply with the necessary health and hygiene standards for a return to be accepted.
iv. All items included in the original order must be returned together. This includes, but is not limited to, original BEHTA LISBON packaging, box, instructions booklets, accessories and extras. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
v. The absence of any component of the original order will prevent the refund from being processed.
Return Shipping Costs
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with returning the product.
REFUNDS
• Once inspected and accepted by our Quality Services, returns will be refunded within 14 working days. Processing time vary between payment providers.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method to the original purchaser.
