SHIPPING AND DELIVERY IN PORTUGAL

All products are carefully tested and sanitized before shipping, to ensure they reach the customer in perfect condition. For health and hygiene reasons, our human hairpieces are shipped and stored in a sealed vacuum bag. The customer is offered a free Hair Sample to check the colour and quality of the hair before open the sealed bag.

 

1 - SHIPPING

1.1 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 48 business hours from the date of purchase.
Orders are handled on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
To ensure effective delivery, it is essential that the provided address is accurate and a valid physical location (such as a residence or workplace).
Our best recommendation is to provide a delivery address where you or someone else will be available to accept the package (e.g., a work address or a friend’s address).
NOTE: We do not ship to collection points, parcel lockers, or P.O. Boxes, as our packages exceed standard size limits.

If the address is incomplete and the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees again.
Reshipping of returned orders will only occur after the additional shipping fees have been paid and the order has been reprocessed by our team.

1.2 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free of charge and provided by BEHTA LISBON.

2 - DELIVERY

2.1 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

For deliveries to Portugal, the standard delivery timeframe is 24 to 48 hours, with a maximum of 5 business days.
For deliveries to Madeira and the Azores, the standard timeframe is 72 hours, with a maximum of 15 business days.

Delivery timeframes refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
The delivery times provided are estimates, and BEHTA LISBON is not liable for any delays.
Please note that delivery times may vary during festive or high-demand periods.

Your order is protected by BEHTA LISBON during the entire transit period until delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt, at which point responsibility for the goods is transferred to the recipient.

2.2 ABSENT RECIPIENT

Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact delivery time, but parcels are typically delivered between 8 am and 7 pm. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office. The recipient will have up to 5 business days to collect it.

2.3 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email. You can monitor the delivery status through the postal service website by entering the tracking code provided.

2.4 RETURNED ORDERS

If your order is returned for any reason, please contact our customer support team at +351 939 938 3. Our team will assist you in understanding the reason for the return and resolving the issue as efficiently as possible.

To ensure effective delivery, it is crucial that the provided address is complete and accurate.
Our best recommendation is to provide a delivery address where you or someone else will be available to receive the parcel (e.g., a work address or a friend’s address).
NOTE: We do not ship to collection points, parcel lockers, or P.O. Boxes, as our packages exceed standard size limits.

If the parcel is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees will be required to resend it. The reshipping will only occur once the parcel has been returned to BEHTA LISBON and the additional payment has been confirmed.

1.2 SHIPPING COSTS

All orders to EU Member States (excluding territories with special customs regulations) include FREE standard shipping, regardless of the order value. The address provided must be valid; otherwise, the order may be refused by the customs authorities of the destination country.

1.3 TERRITORIES WITH SPECIAL CUSTOMS REGULATIONS

Currently, we do not offer shipping to the territories listed below. Although we provide free standard shipping to EU countries, these territories have special customs regulations and are not considered part of the EU for customs purposes. For this reason, we are unable to ensure delivery to these regions at present.

    The indicated delivery timeframe does not include delays caused by customs clearance at the destination (for non-EU countries and territories outside the EU Customs Union).

    Please note that delivery times may vary during festive or high-demand periods. BEHTA LISBON is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
