Just like your natural hair, your hairpiece will need a wash from time to time, but remember, the more frequently you wash and apply heat, the shorter its lifespan will be. To preserve its quality, try to minimise washing and product use. Only wash it when you notice product buildup or when it feels harder to style. For routine care, a good rule of thumb is to wash your Halo® Method every 30 wears, or approximately once every two months.

When you're not using your Halo® Method, make sure to store it properly. We recommend placing it in the storage box provided or using a protective silk bag to avoid tangling and friction. Always keep it in a cool, dry place away from dust and dirt, and ensure it’s completely dry before storing to prevent any mould or bacteria growth.

While your Halo® Method is made from 100% human hair and can be styled just like your natural hair, it's important to be cautious with heat styling. Excessive heat can reduce its lifespan, so be sure to minimise the use of heat tools like straighteners or curlers. If you do use them, always apply a heat protectant spray to safeguard the hairpiece and keep it looking fresh.
